Leading Lady Dr. Nancy Jan Davis was the 19th woman to go to space! Dr. Davis was part of the first married couple to fly to space, and she flew aboard the 50th space shuttle flight. She was NASA’s Leading Structural Analyst for the Hubble Telescope, and she was appointed the Director of Safety and Mission Assurance post-Columbia Disaster.
